Thank you for shopping at CoverKingSA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains how we can assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
❌ Items not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling.
Earbuds or in-ear accessories that have been opened (for hygiene reasons).
Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
2. Return Period
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you must provide banking details).
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong order placed), the customer must pay the return shipping fee.
