We currently deliver orders within South Africa only.
Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
2. Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 working days in major cities.
Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.
Free delivery promotions (if applicable) will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order directly with the courier service.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a collection note.
Additional delivery attempts may result in extra charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
