Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, we deliver all over South Africa. Delivery to major cities usually takes 2–5 working days, while remote areas may take longer.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery charges depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Sometimes, we also offer free delivery promotions.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly with our courier partner.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, as per our Return & Refund Policy:
- Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Earbuds (once opened) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@coverkingsa.co.za with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. All our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.
